Yin Yang Yoga is all about balance. Expect a balanced practice of effort and ease with invitational guidance throughout. This class combines both yin (calm, passive, restorative) and yang (energy, heating, strengthening) style asana. A fusion of movement and deep stretching. One meditation, mindfulness technique or breathing exercise (pranayama) is incorporated into this class cultivating awareness, concentration, mental clarity and inner peace. Unite all aspects of yourself and leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
