We offer classes for your mind, body and soul.
With a focus on self connection, mindful movement, breath and fun we have classes for everyone.
With lots of options in class, you choose your experience based on how you feel, take it at your own pace and honour each and every part of you.

FLOW YOGA
A creative flowing yoga practice incorporating your breath, sun salutations and classic yoga postures, linked together through mindful movement bringing conscious awareness to each moment.
Your moving meditation.
Your time of connection, feeling, exploring, learning and growth.
Lots of variations and detailed instruction.
A Flow that builds strength and increases flexibility (both in mind and body), finding more balance, focus and inner peace.
You can expect to be comfortably challenged and we will always smile and have fun!

YIN YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Yoga is all about balance.
Expect a balanced practice of effort and ease with invitational guidance throughout.
This class combines both yin (calm, passive, restorative) and yang (energy, heating, strengthening) style asana.
A fusion of movement and deep stretching.
One meditation, mindfulness technique or breathing exercise (pranayama) is incorporated into this class cultivating awareness, concentration, mental clarity and inner peace.
Unite all aspects of yourself and leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
MAT PILATES
A mat pilates class focusing mainly on your core which includes your entire abdominal and spine area. We will also work your arms, legs and glutes.
Pilates will improve your posture, strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stress and increase your mind, body, connection and awareness.
Pilates is not only a perfect complement to any other activity you do but it will make all movement in life easier by strengthening your "powerhouse"; the core!
REFORMER / BARRE FUSION
Our Reformer / Barre Fusion class is a spicy, fun, movement class set to music!
An athletic, conditioning class blending strength exercises, workouts, pilates, yoga and reformer.
We focus on correct technique to ensure you are working safely and within your range, layering exercises so you can choose the level that is appropriate to you on the day, progressing at your own pace.
Your class will be broken up with time on your mat, at the barre and on the reformer.
Combining high rep, weight/small props, resistance and body weight moves, our fusion class delivers a dynamic full body workout connecting you with muscles you never knew you had!
Get ready to take yourself to your edge (without crossing over it) feel the burn, sweat, have fun and smile your way through this one!

REFORMER PILATES
Enliven, energise and empower your whole self in our reformer classes!
Combining traditional pilates principles, contemporary movement, upbeat music and the resistance springs of the beautiful Allegro 2 Reformer, this class will give you a low impact, full body workout while building deep holistic strength.

REFORMER STRETCH & RELEASE
Reformer meets Yoga to provide you with some extra TLC!
With the use of the reformer, props, slow movements, gentle holds and your breath, you will stretch, release and recover.
Enjoy the benefits of more freedom in your muscles and joints, slow down your nervous system and help relieve stress on all levels.
