Mind Body Fun is a welcoming, non judgemental, non competitive studio where you can step away from the outside world and turn inward.
We offer classes for your mind, body and soul.
With a focus on self connection, mindful movement, breath and fun we have classes for everyone.
With lots of options in class, you choose your experience based on how you feel, take it at your own pace and honour each and every part of you.
Rest when needed and spice it up when your ready!

YOGA - FLOW
​A creative, dynamic flowing yoga practice that links breath with mindful movement.
This class weaves together sun salutations and classic yoga postures in a continuous, intentional flow — encouraging conscious awareness in every moment. Think of it as a moving meditation: a space to connect, feel, explore, learn and grow.
Expect plenty of variations, clear and detailed instruction, and sequences that build strength while increasing flexibility — in both mind and body. You’ll work on balance, focus and coordination, with opportunities to play with arm balances and more challenging postures.
You’ll feel comfortably challenged, supported throughout, and reminded that yoga can be both focused and fun.
We always move with purpose and — we love to smile.
This class is not suitable if you are managing a current injury.

YOGA - SLOW FLOW AND RESTORE
A grounding yoga class designed to help you slow down, move mindfully and restore balance in both mind and body.
This class blends gentle, flowing sequences with longer holds, conscious breath and intentional pauses to calm the nervous system and release built-up tension.
Expect smooth transitions, accessible postures and plenty of options, allowing you to work at your own pace. With a focus on breath work, stretching, mobility, gentle strength and deep relaxation, you’ll leave feeling centred, supported and refreshed.
Come as you are. Reconnect with your body, unwind from daily stress and move in a way that feels nourishing — never rushed.

REFORMER PILATES
Energise, strengthen and empower your whole body with Reformer Pilates.
This full-body, low-impact class combines traditional Pilates principles with contemporary movement, upbeat music and the resistance of the Allegro 2 Reformer. Expect thoughtful sequencing that builds holistic strength, improves mobility and supports a strong, connected body.
With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalised guidance and plenty of options, allowing you to work at your own pace while still feeling challenged and supported.

POWER REFORMER
A powerful fusion of strength training and reformer pilates.
This full-body strength class is designed to help every body feel empowered. Blending progressive strength training with reformer pilates, Power Reformer focuses on building strength from the inside out.
Expect heavier springs, heavier dumbbells, more power, lower reps, controlled tempo and purposeful time under tension.
You’ll be guided to work at your own edge — safely and intentionally — taking muscles close to failure to support muscle growth, improve bone density, enhance joint stability and build confidence in your body.
MBF is a supportive, judgement-free space where you’re encouraged to listen to your body while still being challenged to grow.
You’ll leave feeling strong, capable and empowered — discovering just how much your body can do, all while having fun.
