Service Description
A mat pilates class focusing mainly on your core which includes your entire abdominal and spine area. We will also work your arms, legs and glutes. Pilates will improve your posture, strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stress and increase your mind, body, connection and awareness. Pilates is not only a perfect complement to any other activity you do but it will make all movement in life easier by strengthening your "powerhouse"; the core!
